FURNITURE FIRM TAKES LONG-TERM LEASE AT NEW IRVING INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

CT Realty just completed the Stadium Logistics Center near Airport Freeway

A Dallas-based office moving and furnishings firm has leased all of a new headquarters and shipping hub in Irving.

Total Office Solutions took the entire Stadium Logistics Center — a new 329,358-square-foot industrial building near Airport Freeway.

The industrial project was built by CT Realty near the former site of Texas Stadium. The developer bought the 18.5-acre site from longtime owner NCH Corp. last year.

Now Total Office Solutions has signed a 10-year lease for the new shipping hub.

“CT has made a significant investment in the greater D-FW market to deliver modernized industrial space that meets the increasingly sophisticated needs of companies reliant on functional building designs,” James “Watty” Watson, managing partner at CT Realty, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to be delivering our latest project in the D-FW Metroplex to a strong, local Dallas company with such a long and successful track record in the region.”

Total Office Solutions currently has its distribution center west of downtown Dallas near Interstate 30. The company has showrooms in Dallas, Addison, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. The more than 30-year-old company specializes in office moves, planning and furnishings.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Craig Jones and Randy Touchstone negotiated Total Office Solutions’ new Irving lease with Robert Deptula and Collin Rock of Transwestern.

“Total Office Solutions’ move to Stadium Logistics Center will enable them to have a state-of-the-art headquarters facility that is centrally located to their clients across Dallas-Fort Worth,” Deptula said in a statement. “Their national footprint will be enhanced while centralizing their local operations, allowing for improved teaming in their management, leadership, physical efficiencies and delivery logistics.”

Building developer CT Realty is based in Newport Beach, Calif., and also has developments in California; Atlanta; Florida; Illinois; Indianapolis; New Jersey; Columbus, Ohio; and Jacksonville, Fla.
