The location provides excellent access to the entire SoCal logistics transportation network, including the ports of LA and Long Beach, intermodal railyards and the Southland freeway system, enabling companies to serve a regional market of 25 million residents and gateway distribution for the Western U.S. goods transit.
CT acquired this site in September 2020 and site work is underway with the first building to be delivered in shell condition in mid-2021. Phase I development includes five buildings totaling 3.6M SF. The project is a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate.
