About Chase
Chase is a member of CT Realty’s Acquisitions & Development Team and is responsible for its acquisition and pre-development activities which include market research, site identification and selection, contract negotiation, due diligence, and entitlements. Prior to CT, Chase was a Senior Associate with JLL (Industrial & Logistics) and Associate with CBRE (Advisory & Transaction Services), where he was responsible for assisting in $50M in investment sales for logistics properties and total lease considerations exceeding $100M.

Get to Know Chase
- Chase was a member of USC’s Men’s Water Polo team and a three-time NCAA National Champion. He lives in Corona del Mar with his fiancée and loves spending his time on the water and traveling with family and friends.
