About Jake
Jake is responsible for all financial modeling, data analysis, and managing equity and lending relationships on a day-to-day basis for CT Realty’s East Coast Operations. Jake assists the team in every area of the real estate acquisition and development cycle, including due diligence, acquisitions, construction, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to joining CT, he worked as a consultant at Deloitte where his primary focus was advising clients on financial strategy and implementing enterprise software solutions.
Jake attended college at Texas Christian University and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business information systems.

Jake grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and enjoys spending time with family & friends, watching Packer football, and playing golf. He lives in Dallas with his wife Anna.
