John began his career as an industrial real estate broker at Colliers International in Chicago, where he procured and executed tenant representation assignments and sourced developable greenfield sites throughout Chicago’s suburbs. He then joined Sterling Bay, where he sourced land positions for industrial development. John is now a member of the Acquisitions and Development team at CT, based in Chicago.
