About Sean
Sean assists in managing acquisitions and development in connection with CT’s existing and future development projects on the West Coast. In his first three years with CT, has assisted in the management, execution, underwriting and closure of development of over 7 million square feet of industrial real estate. His real estate experience spans six years, with a heavy background in financial analytics at his previous job at CBRE, where he worked in investment sales and capital markets with one of the most successful brokerage teams in the country.

Sean has lived in Southern California most of his life, apart from a four-year stint at Texas Christian University where he studied Economics and Finance. He enjoys golfing and playing tennis, spending time with his friends and family, watching NFL Football and NBA Basketball, and going to the beaches in Newport Beach where he resides.
