About Chase
Chase is a member of CT Realty’s Acquisitions & Development Team and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. His responsibilities include market research, site identification and selection, contract negotiation, due diligence, and managing the entitlement and pre-development process. Chase is also involved in identifying and cultivating relationships with new capital partners to support the firm’s investment platform.
Prior to CT, Chase was a Senior Associate with JLL (Industrial & Logistics) and an Associate with CBRE (Advisory & Transaction Services), where he assisted in over $50M of logistics investment sales and lease transactions totaling more than $100M in consideration.
Chase is an active member of NAIOP and currently serves on the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter Board of Directors.
Get to Know Chase
- Chase was a member of USC Trojans men’s water polo and a three-time NCAA National Champion. He lives in Costa Mesa with his wife, their black lab, and soon-to-be daughter and enjoys spending time on the water and traveling with family and friends.
