About Bruce
Bruce oversees financial analysis and reporting at the investment and portfolio levels and leads key capital markets functions, including debt and equity raising and structuring. Since joining CT as an analyst on the industrial development team in 2017, he has helped underwrite, capitalize, acquire, and develop more than 1,000 acres across the U.S., delivering over 15 million square feet of Class A industrial and e-commerce space. Prior to CT, Bruce worked in commercial brokerage with Cresa Orange County in Newport Beach.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and is an active member of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter and NAIOP National Forums program.

Bruce enjoys spending time and traveling with family and friends, is an avid golfer, a music lover, and is a passionate fan and follower of his favorite sports teams. Bruce was born and raised in Newport Beach and lives in Costa Mesa.
