About Bruce
Bruce assists in the oversight of investment/development financial analysis and reporting efforts at the project and portfolio levels for CT’s alternative energy and industrial development businesses. Bruce joined CT as an analyst on the firm’s industrial development team, helping to underwrite, perform due diligence, acquire and develop over 1,000 acres of land across the U.S., producing over 15 million square feet of Class A industrial and e-commerce space. Prior to joining CT, Bruce worked in commercial brokerage in Newport Beach with Cresa Orange County.
Bruce graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and he is an active member of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter.

Bruce enjoys spending time and traveling with family and friends, is an avid golfer, a music lover, and is a passionate fan and follower of his favorite sports teams. Bruce was born and raised in Newport Beach and lives in Costa Mesa.
