About Don
Don directly oversees all construction efforts for CT Realty across the country. He brings over 38 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, including vertical and heavy civil construction projects. Don has held senior management, project management, and field supervision roles throughout his career, overseeing all aspects of construction from site acquisition and entitlement through design and completion. He has managed new construction, rehabilitation, capital improvements, public infrastructure, and retrofit projects totaling over $1 billion, ranging in size from $10 million to $250 million.
Prior to joining CT Realty, Don served as a construction leader at Steadfast Companies, where he oversaw multi-family development, senior living and care facilities, and commercial projects. His broader experience includes retail malls, educational facilities, and the installation of underground utilities for a prominent utility contractor. In his free time, Don is an avid outdoorsman and big game hunter.
