McCombs

Kyle McCombs is Director of Investments at CT, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial real estate acquisitions and development opportunities throughout the Western United States. He is actively involved in every stage of the investment process, including market analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, capital coordination, and project execution.

Since joining CT, Kyle has contributed to the acquisition and development of industrial projects across multiple markets, working closely with internal teams, capital partners, consultants, municipalities, and brokerage partners to advance projects from initial pursuit through completion.

Prior to joining CT, Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, where he was a member of the Stanford football team. The experience instilled the discipline, collaboration, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his approach to leadership and investing.
