About Kyle
Kyle is a member of the Acquisitions and Development team at CT Realty. His responsibilities include financial analysis, project and portfolio reporting, and capital/lender relations as well as assisting in acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and construction efforts.
Prior to CT, Kyle was an Analyst with Clearview Hotel Capital, a real estate private-equity firm based in Newport Beach that has invested over $2B in 71 hotels since 2007. Kyle also holds a B.S. from Stanford University and a Master’s in real estate development from the University of Utah.

Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is passionate about sports, particularly football, having played at Stanford, loves cars and snowboarding.
