About Todd

Todd is responsible for managing the construction, development, and entitlements for CT’s eastern region acquisitions and developments. Todd spent over eleven years as a civil engineering project manager for various development projects including commercial, retail, residential, and industrial throughout Texas. Todd has also consulted on various projects as a land planner, construction manager and site specialist. Prior to CT, he was with JLL and was the economic development manager for the client BNSF Railway, where he managed the Great Plains region (TX, OK, KS, NE, MO) for various types of rail projects. Todd has 35 years of experience in feasibility/due diligence, site planning, land surveying, permitting, civil design, and civil construction. Since 2015, Todd has managed the design and construction of over 10 million square feet of industrial space in CT’s eastern region. Todd is currently managing approximately 12 million square feet under entitlement, development or construction.

Todd graduated from Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design and Landscape Architecture with a minor in Building Science. Todd is also a licensed landscape architect in the state of Texas and maintains numerous certifications. He has membership to various design, construction and industry organizations.

Get to Know Todd

Todd was born and raised in Southeastern Louisiana where he learned to fish, hunt waterfowl and raise horses, activities he still enjoys today. He lives with his wife in Parker County, Texas and spends time with his three adult daughters and four grandchildren.
