We acquire sites that are strategically located as an extension to the global logistics supply chain infrastructure. Our team has collectively acquired, developed or managed in excess of 100 million SF of commercial property, and is adept at quickly responding to investment opportunities.

    Must be proximate to logistics infrastructure

    Unentitled land considered on a case basis
  • Finished Buildings
    500,000 SF and larger
