Dominic Petrucci

Dominic oversees tactical execution of all operational and financial components of CT. He co-leads the strategic direction of the firm, acting as a key liaison with CT’s investors and stakeholders, and is a member of the firm’s executive and investment committees. Dominic has worked in all aspects of acquisition, development, construction, and finance for over 35+ years. His background includes experience in executive management, operations, finance, business development, acquisition, and development.

Having led over $5 billion in transactions during his career.  Prior to CT, he founded and led Kairos Partners, where he completed numerous industrial and office investments. Prior to Kairos, he served in senior executive and partner positions at the Koll Companies, Buchanan Street Partners, Cornerstone and Kitchell Corporation. He has financed and acquired tens of millions of square feet of commercial property and has led the development of 3 million square feet of industrial, office and retail property. Dominic began his career at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG), where he earned his CPA designation. He has held several FINRA securities licenses, including Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63. Dominic has served as an independent director and investment committee chair of APD Corporation and has had leadership board roles with several not-for-profit boards and charitable endeavors.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce with a major in accounting from Rider University.  Dominic is an avid skier, golfer, traveler and wine enthusiast.  He and his wife Malia split their time between Laguna Beach CA and Bainbridge Island WA.
