Huthnance

Rob Huthnance serves as Partner, Eastern U.S., and is responsible for leading the company’s Central and East Coast efforts including day-to-day operations, acquisitions, development and financing initiatives. Prior to CT, Mr. Huthnance served as partner at the Avera Companies, a private development company, where he developed 2 million square feet of bulk distribution warehouse space in Dallas and Houston. Mr. Huthnance served as a senior officer at Prologis (PLD) for 16 years where he had overall market and capital deployment responsibilities throughout the state of Texas and border markets in Mexico and was responsible for leasing, management, infrastructure and development of over 37 million square feet of logistics assets. Through his career Mr. Huthnance has overseen the leasing, management, development and acquisition of over 52 million square feet of industrial property through the United States, with specific development expertise of over 20 million square feet.

Mr. Huthnance was president of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. A Dallas native, Mr. Huthnance earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas, Austin. He resides in Dallas with his three children.
