About Donald
Donald directly oversees all construction efforts for CT real estate and CNG (fueling station) portfolios across the country. Don has over 35 years of construction experience in both the private and public sectors, including vertical and heavy civil construction projects. He has worked in senior management, project management, and field supervision roles, overseeing all aspects of construction, from site acquisition and entitlement to design and construction. He has managed new construction, rehabilitation, capital improvements, public infrastructure and retrofit projects totaling $800 million and ranging in size/scope from $1 million to $250 million in size.
Prior to joining CT Realty, Don worked for Steadfast Companies where he oversaw construction on multi-family development projects and senior living and care facilities, as well as various commercial projects. Don’s experience also includes overseeing all aspects of construction for office, retail malls, educational, roadway improvements and public infrastructure, and managing all aspects of the installation of underground utilities for a prominent utility company. In his free time, Don is an avid outdoorsman and big game hunter.
