About Marc
Marc is responsible for the management and operation of CT’s real estate portfolio. In this capacity, Marc oversees and coordinates the acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management and repositioning of CT’s properties. In addition, Marc previously led CT’s acquisition and management of non-performing commercial and residential loans. He is a member of CT’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to joining CT, Marc was a consultant providing financial analysis and project management to real estate development firms. He began his real estate career as financial analyst and project manager for Johnson Wax Development, where he was involved in over $100 million of commercial real estate transactions including land acquisition, entitlement, project design, construction, financings, and leasing. Previously, Marc was a management consultant at Peat Marwick Mitchell in Los Angeles, specializing in compensation and human resources consulting.
Marc graduated Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Marc is a 35-year resident of Newport Beach, yet is also at home in several other locales, including homes in the San Jacinto mountains, the Pacific Northwest and the Big Island of Hawaii.
