About Nancy
Nancy is responsible for managing all financial reporting and compliance for CTR Investors and its operating entities. Nancy has over 15 years’ experience in public accounting, with a focus in real estate. Nancy assists with financial planning and strategies, maintains relationships with financial institutions, and supervises day-to-day accounting operations. Prior to joining CT, Nancy was associated with Summit Health Care REIT and Cornerstone Real State Funds. She also served as controller for privately held Advertising and Engineering firms. Nancy has extensive experience in Yardi accounting software and is an expert database developer.
Nancy earned a B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
