Roland is responsible for the review title and survey related matters, coordinating due diligence activities and closings for all of CT’s acquisitions, dispositions, and re-finance transactions. Mr. Dolendo has over 30 years of real estate experience working with national law firms as a paralegal, public and private developers, and national corporations in Southern California. He regularly works with the national underwriters of all major title companies, outside lenders and joint venture counsel with all legal documentation and is responsible for all entity and Corporate Governance matters within the Company. Prior to coming to CT, he worked for FHP Health Care in dispositions and lease negotiations, on a national basis.
